Dr Mittal has been fantastic throughout my Invisalign journey. She made my experience extremely positive and easy. I’ve wanted to work on my crooked teeth for a long time so I went to the free Open Day consultation and saw a projection of what they could look like. I was able to make quick appointments for the preparations needed before I received my first aligner. Dr Mittal was conscientious and extremely thorough when it came to my check ups and following the prescribed plan. Under her instruction and support, I have been able to change my life for the better.

Dr. Shikha Mittal is the Principal Dentist at Aura Dental and brings a wealth of experience in providing high-quality dental care for patients and families. She has a calm, caring approach that helps patients feel at ease throughout their treatment journey.
Shikha graduated from Cardiff University in 2006 and is now recognised as one of Bedfordshire’s leading Invisalign providers, with a special interest in teeth straightening and composite bonding. She takes great pride in helping patients transform their smiles, enhancing both their appearance and confidence. Her philosophy is to provide the highest standard of comfort, function, and aesthetics for every patient.
Alongside her expertise in cosmetic dentistry, Shikha also has a strong background in Oral Surgery. She completed her Implant training with the Royal College at Eastmans, which has enabled her to provide patients with the latest techniques in implant dentistry.

Ann joined Aura Dental in 2025, bringing with her a wealth of experience in dentistry. she began her career in dentistry in 2017 as a trainee dental nurse and went on to achieve her Level 3 Diploma in Dental Nursing with Cavity Training. Since then, she has developed her skills and experience to progress into her current role as Practice Manager and Treatment Coordinator.
Ann is dedicated to supporting patients throughout their dental journey, with a particular focus on Invisalign and Implant treatments. Her professional, calm, and approachable nature allows her to build strong relationships with patients and ensure their care is organised seamlessly. Outside of work, Ann enjoys travelling and listening to music.

Orla joined Aura Dental in 2025 and is currently working towards her Level 3 Diploma in Dental Nursing with ASA Training. She began her career in dentistry in 2024 and is on track to qualify in 2026.
Orla is dedicated to her role and always eager to learn, providing excellent support to both patients and the clinical team. With her professional, kind, and approachable nature, she helps patients feel comfortable and well cared for during their visits. Outside of work, Orla enjoys spending time with her friends.
